The leather is hand-tooled and hand-painted. Acrylic paint and a tan-stained background are used to create this durable cover that can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

The checkbook cover measures 3 5/8" x 6 7/8" closed. The inside is all leather with inserts for the checkbook and register. The back has even more western icons.

It is hand-stitched with brown waxed thread and finished with a coating of protective sheen.
