The colorful, happy design is borrowed from cloth appliqued pictures of village life made in India.

The belt bag slips over any width belt. The back loop has a snap as well as the snap closure on the front. The bag measure 5" x 4 3/4". The inside is painted purple. When the decorated top is unsnapped and opened, it reveals more painted figures on the front, turquoise section.

The bag could be worn with a plain belt or with a matching Village belt (also listed in my shop).

The leather is hand-tooled and painted with acrylic paint, then sprayed with a protective sheen.
