This design is adapted from a cloth mola made in Panama by Kuna Indian women, but this is all leather.

The case is hand-tooled and painted with acrylic paint, then finished with a clear sheen. Finally it is hand-sewn with waxed thread. The ID case measures 4" x 3 1/4", closed. Inside it has a slot for credit cards or ID and a clear window for a driver's license or favorite picture. The back is also decorated with flowers.
